Swift Talk
Overview
Swift Talk is the Swift Group’s dedicated social network website, which was designed and implemented by us in 2010. The site has proved highly successful in putting Swift Group in touch with their customers and to date has attracted over 20,000 members. They are still the only manufacturer in this industry to run their own site.

Swift Group is the UK’s leading manufacturer of caravans, motorhomes and holiday homes. White Agency have worked with the Swift Group for over 30 years helping them grow from a single brand to a multi-brand operation.
Brief
The Swift Group were already ahead of the game monitoring and participating in several industry forums as part of their commitment to provide good customer care. Realising the benefits of having this direct interaction with their customers and wanting to make more effective use of their time, the Swift Group asked us to develop a dedicated Swift Forum.
What we did
With the increase of social networks, we suggested not only producing a forum but launching a dedicated social network site where customers could join together. We identified the most suitable technology for the site and came up with the name Swift Talk. The site was branded up and the first version of Swift Talk was launched in January 2010. Over five years the site has attracted more than 15,000 members, making it one of the largest social networking sites of its kind dedicated to caravans, motorhomes and holiday homes, on the web. To mark Swift Talk's success and following member's feedback, we have updated the website in 2015 with a fresh new look, enhanced features and better search facility. The new site is also mobile friendly making it easier for members to access and use the site wherever and whenever they wish to.
